Digital products (ebooks, PDFs, journals, downloads)
All digital products are non-refundable once the file has been delivered or the download link has been sent. Because these items can be copied, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after access is granted.

By completing your purchase, you agree that:

• you are buying a digital file, not a physical item

• delivery may begin immediately

• you waive any right to a refund after the file is made available to you

We will still help if something goes wrong. Contact us if:

• the file will not open or is damaged

• you were charged more than once for the same order

• you received the wrong file

In those cases we will replace the file or correct the charge. That is not a “change of mind” refund.

Physical products (include only if you sell printed books/journals)
Unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
